This blog post is about the things that make me feel feminine.
Feeling feminine is the most natural emotion and experience for me. When I’m not feeling feminine, I am out of touch and disconnected from my body. This is when I get anxious and stressed which are unpleasant to feel.
You might be wondering what “feeling feminine” means.
I’ll tell you what it means to me, but feeling feminine is a unique experience for everyone.
When do I feel feminine?
After sleeping well:
Waking up in my bed with full night of sleep and rest. One of the best feelings is waking up energized and ready to enjoy a wonderful day.
When I walk away:
I exercise for 20 minutes a few times a week. I lift weights but I don’t enjoy intense pain so I walk away when my body ends the dopamine momentum.
During tea time:
I enjoy a warm and scented cup of tea. Lavender, early grey, chai, chrysanthemum, and ginger area of my favorites.
After my beauty skincare:
I enjoy the sensation of washing away impurities and hydrating my skin with creams. I love getting facials and relaxing at the spa.
I cherish the simple and sacred activities in my day to day that nourish my feminine side.
